How do I order a replacement impression kit?

If your first attempt has been unsuccessful and you’ve used all the impression putty in your kit, don’t worry, you can order a new impression kit by logging into your account. If you’d rather speak to a person, you can always give a member of the team a call on one of the numbers below, and they will organise a new kit to be sent to you. In many cases, we may be able to send you a free rescue kit for use with your original impression, so before you throw it away or order a new impression kit, we strongly recommend speaking to one of our Customer Service Experience Team on the number below. We’re open from 8:30 – midnight (GMT) and 6:00am – 6:00pm (Central Time).

When using a rescue kit, it is important that you place the syringe in the refrigerator for 20 minutes before use.
