instamile products are solely intended to be removable cosmetic accessories. Each product is custom made and bespoke to an individual's unique dental profile at the time of an impression and as such each product may vary in size, shape and structure from those advertised on the website including re-orders.
Our Promise to You
We will ensure that each product manufactured fits securely in the mouth and provides a cosmetic enhancement to your natural teeth on the proviso that we receive an accurate impression from you. Should this not be possible we will inform you at our earliest convenience.

You will complete the online smile assessment on our website answering all questions truthfully.
When asked you will provide clear images of your natural teeth so we can determine your suitability.
You acknowledge that every product is custom made to an individual's unique dental profile and that some dental profiles may affect the standard wear and functionality of the product.
Every Smile is unique
Every smile we create is simply unique. Our teeth, mouths and gums come in all shapes and sizes. We therefore make each product bespoke to a customer's dental profile based on the impression provided. If you have missing, damaged, crooked teeth or have a bite issue then the product will be manufactured completely different to the next person and can be significantly different to those product images advertised on the website.

As long as your dental profile permits, you can eat and drink with the product in place and you can wear the product as long as you feel comfortable. We do however advise regular cleaning to maximise the life cycle of the product. For customers with an unorthodox profile then please be advised that you may not be able to eat harder foods and may require additional dental adhesive to help retain the product in place.
